Donovan Mitchell is set to release another set of color ways for his first signature sneaker.

The Utah Jazz guard and adidas announced the D.O.N. Issue 1, acronym for “Determination Over Negativity”, as early as late 2019. Mitchell’s goal with the sneaker is directly aimed to inspire kids to believe that anything is possible.

The debut sneaker features Spiderman-inspired colorways, delving from Mitchell’s “Spida” nickname and his love for comic books. Specifically, the color ways aim to resemble different Spiderman suits, including the “Amazing Spiderman”, “Stealth Spiderman”, and “Iron Spider”.

You won’t have to wait much longer as the “Symbiotic Spider-Man” color way is set to release soon. The color way utilizes black, pink, gradient details, and white for the stripes and teeth design. Co-branding is throughout, such as Marvel branded insoles. With roots in basketball, the sneaker will also include performance features, such as the Bounce cushioning similar to other adidas models.

Donovan Mitchell’s debut sneaker combines elements of performance, inspiration, and affordability as it will retail for $100. As Mitchell continues to impress on court, don’t miss the chance to cop a pair of the rising star’s signature sneakers. Checkout images below and be on the lookout July 18th for the release of the Symbiotic D.O.N. Issue 1’s at select adidas retailers and adidas.
