Rhuigi Villaseñor and brand RHUDE continue their stride from an impressive showing at Paris Fashion Week with their first sneaker collaboration with PUMA. Being founded recently in 2015, the young and youthful RHUDE is out to prove why they should on everyone’s’ radar.

The Rhude x Puma collaboration will feature the brand’s take on four Puma silhouettes. First and foremost, the Palace Guard will be designed with neutral tones of grey suede and perforated stripes on the side panels for a minimal look. The upper will sit atop a yellowed midsole, giving the model a more retro vibe.

Up next is the Basket ’68 model, which will be featured in a gray and white colorway. The sneaker is completed with a suede toe hit, metallic-silver logo on the side panel, and finished with the tongue and midsole colored in minimalistic tones.

Taking a darker approach, the Cell Alien is a sharp contrast to the collection as the modern silhouette is colored entirely black. The midsole will similarly feature a yellowed, aged midsole while the air bubble towards the heel will be colored green.

Lastly, the Alteration sports a mixed look to that of a moccasin and designer sneaker. It features hits of suede in neutral tones of tan, with the only significant contrast located on the sock-liner dressed in a blue-green color. For each model, Rhude x Puma branding will be found on the tongue and on the insoles. Retail for the collaborative sneakers will range from $100 to $225.

A set of apparel, incorporating elements of both brands, will also accompany the sneakers’ release on August 3rd. Be sure to grab a piece of the collaboration when it releases, as it will be a historical and momentous release for the youthful Rhude brand.
