The exquisite international streetwear brand, Hypland Worldwide has informed the public that they will be participating in the celebrations of Black History Month. The California based brand, is scheduled to release myriad of graphic tees, hoodies, a weatherproof jacket, and a couple accessories.

The collection’s assemblage of graphic were inspired by blaxploitation films of the 70s and 80s. The first shirt of the collection is their “Super Fly” tee, featuring Priest, the main character, in an all-pink attire showered by “Hypland” above and leveled by “Worldwide” below in the “Super Fly” font. This shirt is featured in two colors: pink, heather grey and white. The second tee of the collection featured in olive and white, the “Boss Ni*ger” tee , displays the 1974 movie poster artwork on the chest elevated by “HYPLAND WORLDWIDE” in a red and gold bolded western font. Next in the tees is the “Fighter” tee, featuring a negro man in a fighter stand on the chest over a small town, a red pontiac and another man. Above this image is “HYPLAND” in bold, and below it “WORLDWIDE” in the same manner; this shirt is available in navy and white. The last tees of the collection is the “Foxy Brown” tee. This is available in heather grey. It displays motion images of foxy brown, of multiple colors, moving then stopping at a position where she points a gun to the right side of her. Under Brown is “HYPLAND WORLDWIDE” in an 80s font.

Next in the BHM lineup are the flag hoodies. Each hoodie features an embroidered Hypland logo on the left chest in red, black, and green. On the arms hold the flag patches with country flags from Kenya, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, and Uganda. This cut-and-sew hoodies is available in olive, burgundy and tan.

Continuing the collection is the weather proof jacket, available in a satin olive green with Hypland’s “Triple H” triangle logo embroidered on the left chest along with “HYPLAND” embroidered on the right sleeve cuff and “WORLDWIDE” on the left. Topping off the piece is a branding tag on the bottom left of the jacket.

Summing up the collection are the accessories which include the “International” belt and the “Foxy Brown” tote. The international belt features Hypland’s standard logo embroidered in white and the flags of Canada, U.S.A., Japan and England embroidered in their traditional colors on a black nylon base. The “Foxy Brown” tote bag, made of 100% natural cotton, features Brown in multiple motion pictures and “HYPLAND WORLDWIDE” in an 80s font below it; screen printed in all black.
